Yamaha Studio Upright Piano – Model U1 - Ebony Polish

The Yamaha U1 Professional Studio Upright is one of the most respected and sought-after upright pianos in the world. Renowned for its exceptional clarity, responsive action, and long-term reliability, the U1 has been the gold standard for serious students, teachers, and professional musicians for decades.

This 1995 Yamaha U1, finished in classic ebony polish, is in excellent condition and offers the sound, touch, and performance of a much higher-priced new instrument—at exceptional value.

Why the Yamaha U1 Is a Professional Favorite

The Yamaha U1 is widely used in teaching studios, conservatories, recording environments, and refined homes because of its consistent performance and expressive musical range. Its 48-inch studio height provides a deeper bass response and greater tonal projection than console uprights, making it suitable for advanced repertoire and long-term musical development.
