Every new guitar from Washington Pianos is individually inspected and prepared before delivery. We evaluate the instrument's condition, playability and setup, making adjustments where appropriate so it arrives ready for its new player.
INDIVIDUALLY INSPECTED
We inspect the instrument's overall condition, craftsmanship, frets and hardware before delivery.
PLAYABILITY CHECKED
Neck relief, string height and overall playability are evaluated on the individual instrument.
ACTION ADJUSTED WHERE NEEDED
When appropriate, string action is adjusted for comfortable, easier playability.
READY TO PLAY
Your guitar receives individual preparation before it leaves Washington Pianos—not simply a trip from the shipping carton to another box.
Professional inspection and setup preparation are included with your new guitar.
