Delivery & Shipping Information
Washington Pianos offers professional piano delivery throughout King County, Pierce County, and surrounding regions, with extended delivery available in many cases.
Because every instrument and delivery situation is unique, delivery pricing is based on factors such as:
Piano type and size
Distance and location
Stairs, access, and placement conditions
Specialty moving requirements

Carefully Prepared Instruments
Every qualifying piano at Washington Pianos is thoughtfully inspected and carefully prepared prior to delivery.
Preparation may include technician review, tuning recommendations, regulation considerations, cleaning, and servicing appropriate to the instrument.
Our goal is to help ensure every piano arrives ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
Reserving an Instrument
Because many of our pianos are one of a kind, a deposit may be placed to temporarily reserve an instrument while arrangements are finalized.
Temporary holds are generally available for up to seven days, with extended arrangements available upon approval.
We are always glad to thoughtfully discuss timing and purchasing arrangements.

We want every client to feel informed and confident before purchasing a piano.
Because instruments often involve individualized preparation, technician time, moving coordination, financing arrangements, and personalized selection, piano purchases are generally considered final.
For this reason, we encourage thoughtful questions, showroom visits, and conversations before purchase so we may help guide the best fit for your musical goals, home, and budget.In special circumstances, Washington Pianos may review concerns on a case by case basis.
Special Orders & Custom Arrangements
Special order instruments, custom requests, deposits on incoming inventory, and personalized arrangements may involve separate timelines or purchase terms.
