Great place to buy a used piano! Sam took the time to explain the qualities among different piano models. He seems to be a very knowledgeable, skilled, and enthusiastic musician and piano technician. I was initially hesitant to purchase a pretty old piano but I was amazed at the sound quality from this 1989 Kawai US-63H model! With the same budget, I was able to get a much higher quality and well refurnished piano from this friendly local store. The purchase comes with one free tune-up and a 10-year warranty. Other piano store usually offers a 5-year warranty only with used pianos. Sam and Cherie also put together some music books to get me started as I haven’t played since adulthood. No problem with the piano moving company they use either. Sam was nice to accommodate my work schedule and met me at the store earlier than their usual open hours. Then Cherie followed up to ensure everything went well after the purchase. Cherie also sells homemade organic soap and the soap sample Sam gave me is wonderful too.

The staff were friendly there and they were able to help me get the piano I needed for a great price. I have already recommended them to several people!
