Refund & Shipping Policy

All Sales are Final. Trade-ins and /or Consignments are acknowledged as the sole owner of the customer and are free from all liens. Policy for authorized return is the sole discretion of Washington Pianos. Delivery costs and a 10 percent restocking fee will be charged if the return is authorized. An inspection by a Washington Pianos technician will be made before all returns, and any instrument damage will be assessed and paid in addition to delivery charges and restocking fee before pick-up.

Trade-Up Policy

Your new piano purchase is an investment for a lifetime. But what if your musical needs change over the years? The answer is simple: When you’re ready, you can trade in your instrument for a store credit to be used toward the purchase of another piano of greater value.

Acoustic Pianos: Lifetime 100% trade-up value o Digital pianos: 80% trade-up value for two years following purchase o Acoustic pianos with the player or silent systems: 80% trade-up value for the life of the instrument
